Years ago , l lived in community with Howard as a Christian Brother . It is very sad. He was a great man . Always kind and sensible with everyone. He definitely was born to be a psychologist who did a lot of good in his life.

I would like to extend my sincere condolences to Margaret and Howard's sons and daughters in law on his passing.
When I reminise about working at TCDSB, Dr Howard Jobin and his contributions to special services as chief psychologist, is among the giants who contributed selflessly to inclusive, quality education for all students.
Above all thank you for counting me among your personal friends and for allowing me to know your dear family.
Rest well after a life well lived.
Your good works will live after you

Dear Margaret and family, I was so saddened to.hear of the passing of dear Howie. I remember Howie from years ago at Linden house with Jack Margaret and Phil. He was a wonderful man who had the best laugh
He was a real gentleman. He was very proud of his boys. You will not remember me but I met you years ago with Howie. Unfortunately I was unable to attend the funeral but my prayers and thoughts are with you and the family. He was very kind to me and always made me feel welcomed. May he rest in peace

My deepest condolences to Howard´s family, caregivers and friends for your loss. I worked with Howard over many years during his exceptional leadership as President of OPA Section on Psychology in Education. Sometimes for meetings @ his home dining room table! Later in my career Howard provided generous support/assist during a challenging time for which I´ll always be grateful. I´ll remember Howard fondly for so many reasons.

I remember with sadness our OPA, SecPE and school psychology leader and friend. Howard was a positive psychologist of diverse interests whose collaborative leadership style was rewarding to his teams and peers. We have many fine memories of experiences shared, and his witty humor and laughter helped overcome inevitable challenges. May he rest in peace. With condolences to the family and his circle of care,
Ester
