How sad we are at your loss Barbara All my love to you and your dear family. You have been my Canadian family since we met about 15 years ago when my mum in Tasmania and Hugh connected-- finding that Hugh and I were 5th cousins through our same gg+ grandfather William Bartley of Bristol.
We shared some memorable occasions at the Military Club celebrating happy events like birthdays and anniversaries. I will miss Hugh (as we all will) and our long talks re our ancestors, his deep chuckle when I told him a joke, and his good advice re my job.
I WILL TAKE YOU WITH ME, SO THAT WHERE I AM YOU MAY BE TOO.

My sincerest condolences on the loss of your brother (Doris) & brother-in-law (Frank) also to the whole family of a WWII veteran, who served in UK, where I came from in 1956. Thanks to the likes of those "Boys in Blue" we survived.

Hope you remember us as we remember you with fond memories.
