CAMERON, Hugh Charles, M.D., C.M., F.R.C.P. (C)
Suddenly on Sunday, June 25, 2000, at his beloved cottage. Dear husband of Catherine (nee Clark). Cherished father of Katharine (Roger), Susan (Richard), Elizabeth (John) and Hugh Jr. He will be fondly remembered by his eight grandchildren, Robbie and Geoffrey Mayo, Kevin, Trevor and Lynsey Cook, Devan, Megan and Katie Glover. Born in Belleville, July 21, 1930 to the late Mr. Justice Charles and Eileen Cameron. Dear brother of Roderick, Eileen, Katherine, Elizabeth and Jean. Graduated from Queen's Medical School (1954) after serving as President of the Alma Mater Society (1953). Interned at The Hospital for Sick Children, then attended John Hopkins Hospital on a fellowship (1958-9). He began his career in Paediatrics at the Toronto East General Hospital where he later became Chief of Paediatrics, and was a caring physician to many children and their families. The family will receive friends at the HUMPHREY FUNERAL HOME
