GRANT, Ian Donat
Passed away Saturday December 4, 2004 in his 84th year after a brief struggle with cancer. Proud British Merchant Navy Veteran. Predeceased by his loving wife Marguerite. Greatly missed by his companion Edith Christensen, son and daughter-in-law Edward and Janice Grant, grandson Adrian Grant, daughter and son- in-law Christine and Ivor Corbett. The family wishes to thank the staff of the palliative care unit of the Salvation Army Toronto Grace Hospital for their kind care. Family will receive friends at the McDougall and Brown Funeral Home (2900 Kingston Rd., Toronto), 416-267-4656, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. on Wednesday. Chapel service will be held on Thursday, December 9, 2004 at 11:00 a.m. Private family interment. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Toronto Grace Hospital would be appreciated by the family.
