I am a many year's retired partner of Clarkson Gordon, now EY.

I was very sorry to learn of the death of my good friend and professional colleague, Barry Nicol.

As a CG partner, I had Barry as a star member of my audit staff. He was great to have as a professional colleague and a good friend.

I was very pleased but not surprised when he became a Clarkson Gordon partner.

His leadership qualities were recognized when he became the managing partner of our firm, now call EY in Hamilton.

My sincere sympathy to all his family. Of Barry's memory you should be very proud.

Yours sincerely,

David Wishart
