Irene BASCOMBE Obituary
IRENE MARY BASCOMBE Irene Mary Bascombe died peacefully at age 94 on July 30, 2022, in Ottawa. Irene leaves her loving husband, Donald, with many warm memories of their sixty-eight years together. Irene was a devoted mother, grandmother and great-grandmother and also leaves her five children, Dianne (Bruce), Laura (Tom), Craig (Lori), Neil, and Doug (Lorraine); nine grandchildren, Adrienne, Robyn, Nicole (Jon), Tristan (Lisa), Andrew, Matthew, Charlotte, Cameron, Gregory and Leah (deceased); and five great-grandchildren, April, Wyatt, Kyle, Olivia and Marianne, who will all miss her. Irene took great joy in her visits from the many children in the family over the years. Irene and Don had a long and happy life together and particularly cherished their many springtimes in Antibes after retirement. There will be a private family service at Beechwood Cemetery.
