MENDIZABAL, Isabel
Passed away after a brief illness, at St. Joseph's Health Centre, on Sunday, April 7, 2002, in her 82nd year. Isabel was predeceased by her parents Agustin ;Ralph and Mary Dafoe Mendizabal and her brother Rodolfo. She will be sadly missed by her close family members and friends in Toronto and Haliburton. Isabel grew up in Sarnia and Toronto, graduating from Victoria College, University of Toronto. She was a longtime business teacher in Lindsay and Toronto high schools. Friends may call at the Turner & Porter Yorke Chapel, 2357 Bloor Street West, at Windermere, east of the Jane Subway, on Wednesday, April 10 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, April 11, 2002 at St. George's onthe-Hill Anglican Church, 4600 Dundas Street West (west of Royal York Road) at 1 o'clock. Interment Park Lawn Cemetery. If desired, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario or the charity of your choice.
