ISABELLE WELSH

(1933 - 2026) After a long and happy life, Isabelle died on Thursday, February 26th. She expressed a deep gratitude for the love, care, support, and laughter provided by many loyal and special friends over the years. Isabelle felt greatly privileged to have been invited to initiate and coordinate Take Heart Bereavement Support Services for R.S. Kane Funeral Home. This was her soul's passion. She was predeceased by her parents, Edward and Isabella Smyth; four siblings; four half-siblings; her dearly loved son, Wayne McCartney (1985); and her loving and wonderful husband, Dr. Don Welsh (2012). Isabelle will be warmly remembered by relatives in Northern Ireland and many who touched her life in Canada. At her request, there will be no service. Flowers and donations are gratefully declined.
