DR. JACK BIRNBAUM (PSYCHIATRIST AND AUTHOR) On Sunday, January 22,2006 at Toronto General Hospital. Jack Birnbaum beloved husband of Patricia Kinnaird. Loving father and father- in-law of Michael and Oi-man Birnbaum of Calgary, Leslie Birnbaum and Bill Stephens of Tacoma, WA, Dr. Peter and Janet Birnbaum of Fresno, CA, and David Birnbaum. He will be lovingly remembered by Patricia's children Craig and Brigette Armitage, and Kelly Armitage. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Linda and Warren Covent. Devoted grandfather of Daniel, Nathan, Camille, Samantha, Natalie, Jordan, Sydney, Adam and Jillian. He gave to many and was loved by many. We will miss him. At Benjamin's Park Memorial Chapel, 2401 Steeles Avenue West, (three lights west of Dufferin). for service on Tuesday January 24, 2006 at 10:30 a.m. Interment Mount Pleasant Cemetery.
