Jack Wayne Carver, 67, of Oak Grove, Missouri, a 19-year manager of Hi-Boy Drive-In in Independence, Missouri, died at his home on Monday, September 11, 2000. Friends may call on Friday, September 15, 2000, 1 p.m., until time of funeral services at 2 p.m., at the First Baptist Church, 400 SE 14th Street, Oak Grove. Burial will be at Valley Memorial Gardens, Grain Valley, Missouri. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to the First Baptist Church Building Fund, 400 SE 14th Street, Oak Grove, MO 64075. Arrangements entrusted to Royer Funeral Home, Oak Grove.
