JACOB WILLIAM SCHWARTZ On Monday, January 28, 2019 at Sunnybrook Hospital. Jacob Schwartz, beloved son of Ellen and Jeff. Dearest brother of Beverly (Bevvy), and Ben. Loved grandson of Peter and Bonnie Levy, and the late Irwin and Beverley Schwartz. Adored by his aunts, uncles, cousins,family care givers, and friends. You are our message of love. At Benjamin's Park Memorial Chapel, 2401 Steeles Avenue West (3 lights west of Dufferin) for service on Thursday, January 31, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. Interment Village Shul Section of McCowan Road Cemetery. My name is Marjorie and I am a respite Worker in Toronto. I am so sad to hear this. I met Jacob and Jeff years ago at Bloorview Rehab, swimming in the pool. My client and friend, loved Jacob and I think the feeling might of been mutual. They shared laughs, red hair and a wonderful sense of humour. Jacob, I hadn't seen for a long time, but will miss him still. Lots of love to you and your family!
