JAMES MURRAY (MIKE) BIGGS It is with great sadness the family announces the sudden death of James Murray (Mike) Biggs at his home in Nanaimo, British Columbia. We are grateful that he died peacefully in his sleep early in the morning of July 29, 2010. 'Murray' only to his late mother and father, May and Walter Biggs of London, Ontario, Mike will be deeply missed by his wife of 66 years, Shirley Biggs nee Fortner and his three children: Susan and her husband Bill Walker of Belleville, Ontario; Peter and his wife Carol of Nanaimo, B.C.; Patti and Rod Sneyd of St. Catharines, Ontario. Boppa was adored by his grandchildren, Kirsten, Meredith, Tim Walker and Alexander and Nicholas Sneyd and six great-grandchildren. Mike was one-of-a-kind and his fun-loving spirit will live on in all those who knew him.
