Dad died on April 8, 2013 at the age of 85, just 5 months after his beloved wife Helen. He will be greatly missed by his children Peter (Erika), Bruce (Annie) and Jane. And also by his grandchildren, Gillian, Sarah Jane, Brooke, Billy, Megan, and Hanna. Jim touched many lives as a caring Rheumatologist, and was appreciated for his sentimentality and poetic heart. He was an intellect, a lover of nature, an avid reader, and a talented athlete who loved playing tennis and golf with his friends in Muskoka and at the Granite Club. His spirit will always be felt on Edith Island where many of our fondest family memories are rooted. A private family memorial will be held. The Topps would like to thank the Claremont Residence and especially his caregivers Ruby and Mary for their loving care and devotion.
