JAMIE MCFADYEN Tragically, after a sad illness, on Thursday, June 15, 2006, at the age of 35. Dear husband of Nancy Martins and father of his adored little Jack. Jamie was the cherished son of Jack and Stella and little brother and close friend of Sophie Hills (Graham), Katie Clark (John) and Darcy (Melissa). Jamie will be sorely missed by all of Nancy's family and his ten nieces and nephews. As a boy and young man, Jamie was greatly admired by his many friends, teammates and neighbours. He was a very special and affectionate person who brought passion to everything he did. His last thoughts were for his family. Friends will be received at SHERRIN FUNERAL HOME, 873 Kingston Road (west of Victoria Park Avenue), Toronto (416-698-2861), on Sunday, June 18 from 2 - 4 p.m. and 7 - 9 p.m.. A funeral ser vice will be held at Kingston Road United Church (975 Kingston Road at Scarborough Road), on Monday, June 19, 2006 at 10:30 a.m. Cremation to follow. If desired, donations made to the Canadian Mental Health Association would be appreciated.
