JANE ANN DOUGLAS

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jane Ann Douglas on Thursday, October 2, 2025. Adored wife of Alec (W.A.B.) Douglas. Beloved mother of Mary Susan (Michel). Zachary and Hannah Farache crowned her Mumsie with their first words, and loved their grandmother dearly. Dear sister to the late Richard Middleton and the late Mary Jo Merton. Jane Ann was an elegant and welcoming woman. She loved her garden and marvelled at the beauty of nature. She loved home and family, and if you were her friend, you were near and dear to her heart. Jane Ann had a quick wit and wonderful sense of humour. Socializing and laughter was a tonic for her. She loved a good party. She loved to be happy. We have lost a strong force in our lives and she will be greatly missed. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at 12:30 p.m. on Friday, October 24, 2025, at St. Anne's Anglican Church (Byron), 1344 Commissioners Road West, London, Ontario. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her name to Easter Seals Camp Woodeden or the Kimel Family Centre for Brain Research. Arrangements entrusted with A.
