PEAKER, Janet Ann (MacFarlane)
1940-2012
Died peacefully at St. Michael's Hospital on Wednesday, August 8, 2012 of Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis. Predeceased by her husband Dr. Charles Peaker, parents Alex and Isabel MacFarlane and her brother Alexander MacFarlane. Survived by her sister and brother-in-law, Margaret and Tom Gregg, nephew Tom (Elizabeth Walter) and her niece Ellen (Chris Curitti). Janet was an organist, church musician, teacher, gardener and animal lover. We can never be grateful enough for the love and support of friends and colleagues who sustained Janet through her illness. Friends may call at the Morley Bedford Funeral Home 159 Eglinton Ave. West, (2 stoplights west of Yonge Street), Toronto, on Saturday August 11, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A memorial service will be held at Rosedale Presbyterian Church, 129 Mount Pleasant Road, Toronto, on Sunday August 12, at 4 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
