At St. Joseph's Home, Guelph on Friday, April 10, 1998 in her 95th year. Daughter of the late William and Sarah (Hewitt) Reid. Beloved sister of the late Madeline H. Reid (1983). Dear cousin of the late Phyllis and Neville Burkhardt and survived by their daughters Beverley and husband Doug Jarvis of Grimsby and children Sarah, Patricia and Rebecca and Marilyn and husband Leo Parwicki of Toronto and children Jennifer and Lisa. Also a cousin of Mrs. Grace Clement of Kitchener and Mrs. Dorothy Jamieson of Ottawa. For 38 years a teacher of Latin and French at GCVI and head of girls health and physical education. A memorial service will be held at St. Andrews Presbyterian Church, 161 Norfolk St., Guelph, Saturday, May 2, 1998 at 2:00 p.m. with the Rev. Dr. Peter Darch officiating. Cremation. Interment Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Toronto. Donations to the Memorial Fund of St. Andrews Presbyterian Church or the charity of choice would be appreciated.
