SPENCE, Jean Elizabeth (nee Stone) (Registered Nurse - Ottawa Civic Hospital, '52)
Passed away Friday, December 3rd, 2004 at Shepherd Village. Wife of the late Alan Edgar Spence. Survived by his children Patricia and Mark Faircloth (Toronto, Ontario), Caryn and Thomas Meyer (New Westminster, B.C.), David and Lynn Spence (Port Credit, Ontario), Andrea and Adrian Accinelli (Toronto, Ontario), and her grandchildren Joey, Juliana and Janeva Faircloth; Acacia and Annaliese Meyer, Adam Spence; and James Accinelli, her sisters Lera and Donald Armstrong (Kemptville, Ontario), Shirley and Larry Kendrick (Nepean, Ontario), and her nieces, nephews and cousins. The family will receive friends at the OGDEN FUNERAL HOME, 4164 Sheppard Ave, East, Agincourt (east of Kennedy Rd.) on Wednesday from 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service to be held in the Ogden Chapel on Thursday at 12 noon. Cremation. If desired, memorial donations may be made to Shepherd Village or to the Sunnybrook Health Science Centre (Palliative Care Unit).
