LEVY, Jerry Alan
Suddenly, on July 14, 2002, in Toronto, in his 58th year. Son of the late Sam Levy. Survived by his loving mother Yetta, brother Bruce and nephews Andrew and Joel. Deeply missed by dearest friends Roland Gauvin, Helen Ing and Marianne Bell. Fondly remembered by aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. At Jerry's request, there will be no funeral. If desired, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
