WILLIAMSON, Joan Elizabeth (nee Nesbitt)
Peacefully, on Saturday, June 11th, 2005 at Sunnybrook Hospital, in her 82nd year. Loving wife of the late Isaac 'Ike' Williamson, devoted mother of Jane Bell (Ken Ward), Sally Edwards (Jim), and Scott Williamson. Proud grandmother of Matthew and Andrew Bell. Sadly missed by her sister Helen Ough and cousin Ruth Macdonald. A special thank you to Dr. M. Tweedale and the Oncology Unit at North York and the Palliative Care at Sunnybrook Hospital. Joan will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by her nieces and nephews as well as her friends at Greenview Lodge. Friends may call at the TRULL 'NORTH TORONTO' FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION CENTRE, 2704 Yonge Street (5 blocks south of Lawrence, 416-488-1101), on Monday, June 13th from 7-9 p.m. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 14th at 11 a.m. in the chapel. Interment to follow at Newmarket Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to cancer research would be appreciated by the family.
