Victoria, BC 1925-Toronto, ON 2017
On February 4th, Joan passed
away peacefully at her home
surrounded by family. Beloved
wife of Paul and mother of
Anne, Joan was the cherished
grandmother of Rosalyn and
Rachel, and great-grandmother
of precious Jordan and Levi
Predeceased by sister Beryl, she
is survived by sister Nanette,
niece Frances, nephews John,
Christopher and Spencer. Joan
was born May 28 to Emily A. and
Harry Franklin Willsher, both
deceased. Leaving a legacy in
her art, Joan will be deeply
missed and always in our hearts.
