JOCELYN MURRAY MACDONALD Jocelyn Murray Macdonald (née Wrong) was born in Niagara Falls, Ontario, December 28, 1934, and died in Toronto, Ontario, May 13, 2022. Predeceased by husband, Ian Macdonald and brother, Henry Wrong. Survived by son and daughter-in-law, Andrew Macdonald and Sally Bliss, and grandchildren, Jasmin and Joey (Macdonald-Bliss). Mom grew up watching her mother darn socks for WWII soldiers, and fancied herself the original Maid of the Mist. She was blessed with great curiosity, and keen powers of observation about the people and places around her. She offered unconditional love. In a fashion both principled and profoundly generous, mom, in the spirit of Frank Sinatra, lived life her way. To the end mom sustained her dignity, determination, and delicious sense of humour. She died peacefully, and surrounded with love. Celebration of Life: Sunday, June 12th, 3 p.m. at Manor Road United Church (wheelchair accessible). In lieu of flowers, dedicated donations may be made in support of Bird Research at Tommy Thompson Park:
