CAMBRIDGE, Col. John Donald, C.D., B.Com., B.A., M.A.
On January 19, 1998, at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre, after a short illness. Loving husband of Martha. Beloved father of Lys, Eva, and Joan, and their husbands Hugh, Larry, and Dennis. Proud grandfather of five granddaughters and three grandsons. Aged 79 years. History student at U of T after his retirement from North American Life. WWII veteran, member of York Branch R.C.L. Past Honourary Colonel 7th Toronto Artillery Reg. Past President Royal Canadian Military Institute and the Canadian Artillery Assoc. A memorial service will be held at St. John's York Mills Anglican Church, 19 Don Ridge Dr., at 3 p.m. Friday, January 23. Reception following. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Heart and Stroke Foundation or St. John's Church.
