JOHN (JANOS) ENDRENYI, Ph.D.
John passed away in his 90th year on October 2, 2017 in Bridgepoint Hospital, Toronto, following a lengthy illness. He will be missed by his loving wife, Edith, after over 60 years of marriage, his brother, Laszlo, his sister-in-law, Veronica, and by his large circle of friends. John was an internationally renown, much-honored research engineer with Ontario Hydro, the author of books and numerous scientific publications. He enjoyed the company and conversations with his friends, loved travel, classical music, especially Mozart, and was in fact President of the Mozart Society of Toronto.
Following his wishes, a private funeral will be held. There will be a Celebration of Life on October 27, 2017 at 4 p.m. at 11 William Carson Crescent, Toronto.
