On Sunday, July 4th, 1999 at the Milton District Hospital. John McNabb in his 82nd year, dearly loved husband and best friend of Doris Brownridge for 48 years. Loving father of Lois of Victoria, B.C., Ken and his wife Marie of Georgetown and Marilyn and her husband Grant Gooding of Milton. Cherished Grandpa of David, Scott and Matthew Gooding and Colin, Alec and Liam McNabb. Brother-inlaw of Loreen McNabb of Woodstock, Ward and Betty Brownridge of Georgetown and Allen and Shirley Brownridge of Milton. John will be fondly remembered by his McNabb and Young cousins. Predeceased by his parents Malcolm T. and Jessie Young McNabb and his brothers Donald, Angus and Fraser. Friends will be received at the J. S. Jones & Son Funeral Home, 11582 Trafalgar Road, North Maple Ave., Georgetown (905-877-3631) on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the chapel on Thursday, July 8th at 11 a.m. Interment Greenwood Cemetery, Georgetown.
