Retired Ontario Deputy Minister
It is with great sadness to announce his passing November 3, 2011. Beloved husband of the late Margery Thatcher. Father of Kenneth Thatcher and his wife Lynn. Grandfather to his only grandchild Oliver Thatcher. Brother to Philip Thatcher and his wife Winifred.
