VANDENBERG, John Neal Schmitt
Passed away suddenly at St. Michael's Hospital following a bicycle accident, on Sunday, September 6, 1998 at the age of 32. Partner for life with Monica. Loving son of Han and Martha. Dear brother of Tobia and her husband George Veith, Susan and her husband Rodney Reynar. Uncle Johnny to Matthew, Michael and Marika Veith, Anika and Joya Reynar, Caitlin, Corey and Kelsey Jones, Lexi Schmitt and Henry Post. Loving son-in-law of Leonard and Ellen Schmitt. Cherished brother-in-law of Martha and her husband Bruce Jones, Cecelia and her husband Hank Post, Paul Schmitt and his wife Angela, Rita and her husband Jeff Weber. Dear friend of Ashraf Girgis and many, many more. Friends may call at the Giffen-Mack "Danforth" Chapel, 2570 Danforth Ave. (at Main St. subway) Wednesday 2-9 p.m. and Thursday 2-5 p.m. Funeral service will be held at the Danforth Mennonite Church, 2174 Danforth Ave. on Thursday evening at 7:00 p.m. Cremation to follow. Donations to the Mennonite Central Committee, 50 Kent Ave., Kitchener N2G 3R1 would be appreciated by the family.
