Steve and I are so sad to hear of Joe´s passing.
We will always remember him as a kind, smart, warm, interesting man.
And as a doctor, he was the best! The only doc I ever went to, who saw me on time, released my trigger finger many times and got me back to the car so quickly, I never had to pay for parking!
Please send my condolences to the boys and the rest of the family. I know it´s been a long road for all of you.
Lots of love, Donna & Steve

My love and condolences for the whole family. I was very fond of Dr. Starr, and admired how much he supported Matt & Ryan's endeavours. He was always so kind to Ryan's friends, and put up with our antics with a grin. Lots of love to you all.

I have very fond memories of seeing Joe on numerous occasions through my connection to the Starr family. My late partner, Harry, was a brother to .Joe's late father, Eddie who often sat with me in my office. My connection to the family goes back to the time Eddie and brother, Sam, operated Hollywood Children's Wear on Queen St. I first found out about Joe's illness through a colleague of Joe's, Dr. Robert Richards. My thoughts are with Joe's surviving family.

Though I only met Joe for briefly I have fond rememberences sitting in my office conversing with his late dad, Eddie, who happened to be a brother to my late partner, Harry. My connection to the Starr family goes back to when Eddie and brother Sam operated Hollywood Childrens Wear on Queen St.I always found Joe to be very friendly and accommodating and only found out about his illness through my connection to a fellow physician, Dr. Robert Richards, a dermitologist. My sincere trouts are with the family he leaves behind
