June FAULKNER Obituary



JUNE FAULKNER (NEE LEWIS) Canadian theatre lost a great champion when the legendary June Faulkner died in the arms of her family on March 5, 2010. She will be sorely missed by her partner of 40 years, Calvin Butler and her children Peter (Iris), Kitty (John), Maureen (Luis) and Christopher (Marysue), her grandchildren, Jason, Maxeen, Tyler, Micayla and great grandchildren, Felix and Genevieve. June is survived by her sisters, Mavis, Lily, Anne, Mary and brother Gerald in England and Wales. A celebration of June's life will be held on Sunday March 28th 2010 at 2:00pm at the Young Centre for the Performing Arts (Soulpepper Theatre).
