JUNE ELIZABETH ELSPY POLACK (nee Falconer) June passed away, peacefully, on March 15, 2023, surrounded by her family. June was predeceased by her sister, Adele Martin; and her brother, Robert (Bob) Falconer (Mardi). She is survived by her loving husband of 67 years, Ronald Stanley Polack; and their five children, David (Julie), Brenda (Jack), Robert, Russell (Barb), and Andrew (Cindy); and their eight grandchildren. June was born in Toronto on June 20, 1934 to Dunbar and Dolly Falconer. As the youngest of three, she was very close to big brother, Bob, a relationship they maintained their whole lives. June was 16 and Ron was 17 when they met. After several years of friendship, they discovered their undeniable love and, after a brief courtship, they married on August 31, 1956. Their life together was a passionate affair, full of kids, friends, and colleagues from all around the world. It was an epic adventure and a journey they shared together. Raising their young family while Ron was developing his chiropractic practice, they met people of spiritual vision and began a life of providing that same vision and leadership themselves. Together, Ron and June began a life of service, travelling and connecting with people all over the world. They settled in Vancouver in 1966 and lived in the area for most of their lives, returning to Ontario from 1984 to 1994 to coordinate an intentional community in Aurora. Returning to Vancouver, they retired from their leadership roles and June assisted Ron in reestablishing his healing practice. Their life of service continued until their retirement and move to Victoria in 2017. June stands tall as a passionate woman, intensely supportive of her husband and five children. Lovingly known as 'Maudie Dixon' (for her fashionable ways) by her friends and family, she remains that strong, classy woman in our hearts. She will always be that elegant force of nature, a princess to her family, and friend to so many. There will be a celebration of life at the Empress Hotel in Victoria, BC on May 13, 2023, at one o'clock in the afternoon. All are welcome to join the Polack family for tea as we celebrate a life truly well lived. Please confirm your attendance by emailing
