I first met Keith as a nephrologist trainee at TWH where he was the CFO and came to know him well when came to Scarborough General Hospital. Together we wrote numerous proposals for a dialysis program After 14 years and a number of hard fought battles we finally opened our door in 1996. We will certainly not be here, now the largest in Canada without his vision , his quiet steady leadership and flexible thinking that lay the foundation . He always joked that he spent the first half of his career finding money for Dr Oreopoulos and the second half for me. We became friends. I dearly miss him. We , the hospital, the residents or Scarborough are indebted to him.
My deepest condolences to Carol and the family.
Rest in peace Keith

My sincere condolences to Keith's family at this very sad time.
I had the privilege of reporting to Keith during the years prior to the merger of Scarborough General and Scarborough Grace Hospitals.
Keith was the ideal boss and friend, who had the gift of bringing out the best in everyone. Taken too soon. May he rest in peace.

Very dear to my heart. Rides home from Scarborough General, and talking about the Muldoon's and Spiegelberg's lives. An amazing friend to my dad. Someone who will be very much missed by me. Rest now Keith...enjoy the golf game with Dad and Uncle Jack. Or the reruns of the Jays or Leafs game. Talking that old hospital talk. Bye for now Keith.

My thoughts and prayers are with the family. I have great memories of bowling with Keith. I think I was on his bowling team a few times and won a bowling championship with him as the captain
