Kenneth DION Obituary



DION, Kenneth Lucien
Suddenly on November 16, 2004. Beloved husband of Karen; loved brother of Arnold. A remarkable and generous man, he was Professor of Psychology at the University of Toronto. He was an outstanding scholar and researcher and also, a dedicated teacher. In recognition of his research, he received the 2001 Donald O. Hebb Award for distinguished contributions to psychology as a science from the Canadian Psychological Association. He is remembered with affection and respect by friends and colleagues across Canada, Europe, and the United States. A Memorial Service to commemorate his life will be held at Hart House, University of Toronto at noon on Saturday, the 29th of January. Memorial donations may be made to Habitat for Humanity Canada, 40 Albert Street, Waterloo, Ontario N2L 3S2 or to a charity of your choice.
