KENNETH JOHN "KEN" MAYHEW

KENNETH JOHN "KEN" MAYHEW obituary

KENNETH MAYHEW Obituary

(February 3, 1966 – March 1, 2026) Ken passed away on March 1, 2026, surrounded by his loving family. He will be dearly missed by his wife, Suzanne; daughters, Kate and Lia; mother, Joan; siblings and in-laws; and his extended family. He was predeceased by his father, Jim, a hero in Ken's eyes. Ken lived with compassion, integrity, and a ready sense of humour. He lived as he danced - with joy, enthusiasm, and a gift for drawing others into the celebration. After graduating from the University of Toronto, Ken began his career in fundraising at the MS Society and later served as President and CEO of the William Osler Health System Foundation and Chair of AFP Canada (Association of Fundraising Professionals). Ken was proudest of his roles as husband and father. With his soulmate, Suzanne, he built a life rich in family, friendship, and a love of the outdoors. Through his work and generous spirit, he helped make the world a better place and leaves a space in our hearts that cannot be filled. Special thanks to Ken's care teams at Osler and Trillium Health Partners. A private celebration of life will be held for family and friends, along with an Osler event by invitation. The family welcomes stories and condolences online at turnerporter.ca. In honour of Ken, your donations are gratefully received by:
