Kent Dallas TAYLOR

Kent Dallas Taylor of Collingwood, Ontario, passed away on Thursday, August 22, 2024, at the age of 88. Born to Cecil and Thelma Taylor in Winnipeg, Manitoba, he enjoyed an active life with Diane, his wife of 63 years. His love of sports and being active was passed down to his two children, Sue (Wojtek) and Bob (Jeanna). His four grandchildren, Alex, Sarah, Alison, and Mackenzie, were his pride and joy, and they will greatly miss their grandfather. Kent enjoyed a successful career in Real Estate Financing and Services with the Edgecombe Group. Kent contributed to causes that resonated with him, especially the Collingwood General and Marine Hospital (CGMH). He will be remembered for his charm, wit, love of music, generosity, and passion for life. The family would like to thank the doctors, nurses and PSW staff at the CGMH for their compassionate care. If desired, donations can be made in Kent's name to the CGMH. A family service will be held at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to Fawcett Funeral Home – Collingwood.
