LAYTON, Leah
Passed away peacefully on Monday, September 13, 2004, at age 83, after a very full life. Beloved wife of Athol; loving mother of John (Paulette), Christopher (Susan); much loved grandmother of Michelle (William) and Jesse (Miranda); cherished great-grandmother of Dominic, Juliette, Finnigan and Hugh, and beloved pooches Beau and Shelby.
Leah touched everyone she met with her loving and engaging spirit that sparkled like a day of sunshine. Her willingness to always lend a helping hand to a friend or those in need will long be remembered.
Her family and friends will miss her greatly. Thank you, Leah, for enriching our lives and making everything so special.
A private family funeral will be held. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Toronto Humane Society, The Toronto Hospital for Sick Children, or the charity of your choice.
