KENNEDY, Lenore Myriene
Peacefully, surrounded by her family and friends on July 3, 1999, at Mt. Sinai Hospital. A kind, intelligent and generous lady, she enjoyed many interests including a successful career as a Chartered Accountant and a very long and active membership at Yorkminster Park Baptist Church. For many years she shared a residence with her close friend Frances Hastings, and latterly her home was Village Park Retirement Residence. Lovingly remembered by her very dear friend Frances Hastings, her sister Betty Blue (nee Kennedy) and her husband Art, her niece Carol Ann Currie (nee Galbraith) and her husband Ralph, her nephew Don James Galbraith, and by her many friends. Predeceased by her brother Judson Kennedy and his wife Marg. Funeral Service in the Centennial Chapel of Yorkminster Park Baptist Church, 1585 Yonge Street (at Heath Street) on Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. Visiting in the Church one hour prior. Interment to take place in Union Cemetery, Cobourg on Wednesday at 2:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to the charity of your choice would be appreciated. Arrangements entrusted to the Morley Bedford Funeral Home.
