COWAN, Lois Gibbons (Ptolemy) May 27, 1924 - July 11, 2014
Peacefully in her 90th year. Lois leaves her son Robert Gardiner Cowan and her beloved daughter-in- law Marilyn. Special thanks to Dr. K. Jennifer Ingram of the Kawartha Regional Memory Clinic Peterborough, for her insightful diagnosis and the outstanding staff of Community Care Nursing Home, Port Hope. At Lois's request, a private family service was held. In lieu of flowers, donations to The Alzheimer's Society of Northumberland County, 66 Dorset St. East, Port Hope L1A 1E3 would be appreciated.
