LORNA-LEE ANGUS Obituary

Lorna passed away peacefully, on Sunday January 18, 2026, at Kingston General Hospital, after a brief illness, at the age of 90. Beloved wife of James Angus for 25 years, and friend for 68 years . Devoted stepmother to Jennifer and Grant. Lorna will be fondly remembered by all her cousins, extended family, and friends. Born November 16, 1935, in The Pas, Manitoba, but also resided in Winnipeg, Barrie, Toronto , and Kingston. She will be best remembered for her love of education and teaching French. She graduated from Victoria College (University of Toronto) in 1957. Taught high school in both North York and Kingston. Happiest when with her beloved pets, which included cats, dogs and a horse. Lorna enjoyed curling, horseback riding, travel, and bird watching . As per her wishes, a private cremation has taken place. The family wishes to thank the teams at Hotel Dieu, KGH and Queens Medical.
