LUCIE MACPHEE Obituary

LUCIE MACPHEE
(RENAUD) Quietly at her home in her 53rd year on Friday, June 1, 2007. Beloved wife of Stewart and loving mother of Darci and Matthew, sister of Line, Louise, Richard. Predeceased by her parents Richard and Marion and her brother Ronnie. Owner of Lucie's, Kids, Cats and Dogs on Eglinton, Lucie was an extraordinarily caring and vibrant person whose life touched many. Honoured as one of the top 10 inspirational women in Canada, she was a role model in her various communities. Stylish, generous, famous for her passion for life and adventure (for her it was better in the Bahamas), her family was always the most important part of her life. A wife, a mother, a sister, a great friend, her unique spirit has given all who knew her the path to a nicer and kinder world. May her star shine bright in the sky. Friends may call at the Morley Bedford Funeral Home, 159 Eglinton Avenue West on Tuesday, June 5 from 6 - 8pm. A memorial mass will be held at St. Monica's Church, 44 Broadway Avenue on Wednesday, June 6 at 11am. In lieu of flowers, donations will be gratefully accepted at the Lucie MacPhee Medullary Cancer Research Fund, Princess Margaret Hospital, 610 University Avenue, Toronto, Ontario, M5G 2M9.
