Cass, Paul, Annabel and Gillian - Your mother was a huge influence on my life as an artist and art teacher. She encouraged and supported the timid kid next door in whom she saw a passion for art. Paul, my childhood buddy, how are you?

I was sorry to hear of Lucie's passing. I knew her from my time as Director of the Merton Gallery in the late '70's, then the Aird Gallery, and finally doing art consulting for corporations where I was able to show her work as well. I was invited as the only non-artist to a delightful luncheon at her home a few years ago. She was very special - a real trouper. I am so happy to have known her.
