OWEN, Lucille (nee Fortier)
Died of cancer at her home on July 28th, 2007. Beloved wife of the late William Owen Jr. Dear daughter of Rose and Romeo Fortier. Sister of Raymond, his wife Carrie, and Eugene. Fond aunt of Michelle and cousin of Marie-Laure Fortier. A memorial service will be held at the Murray E. Newbigging Funeral Home (733 Mt. Pleasant Road, 416-489-8811), on Tuesday, August the 7th, 2007 at 2:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Bill and Lucille Owen Award, School of Disability Studies, Ryerson University, 350 Victoria St., Toronto M5B 2K3 would be appreciated.
