HOGARTH, Lyman Northrop
With deep sadness, the family announces the passing of North, at South Muskoka Memorial Hospital, on August 16, 1998. He will be forever lovingly remembered by his wife and best friend Mary, his children Penny Martin (Stephen), Douglas Hogarth (Lois), Wendy Hogarth (Murray Johnston), his stepchildren Eve (Paul Oberman), Suzie, Catherine, Duncan (Ann), Nicole (Gerard Crutchley), Lewis and Michelle (Mark) Cassidy. Dearly beloved brother and brother-in-law of Lyn and Ian Clark, Nony and Richard Denison, and Malcolm and Jane Hogarth. He will be sadly missed by his nieces, nephews, eight grandchildren and seven stepgrandchildren. Predeceased by his mother Mary G. Hogarth and father Lyman F. Hogarth. North's family will receive friends at W. J. Cavill Funeral Home, 215 Bay Street, Gravenhurst, on Wednesday, August 19, 1998 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. A Funeral to celebrate the life of North Hogarth will be at Trinity St. Alban's Anglican Church in Bala at 2 p.m. on Thursday, August 20, 1998, followed by a Reception at the Sherwood Inn. Private cremation will follow at Mount Pleasant Cemetery in Toronto. The family would like to thank Mary Brittain and her companions and the nursing staff at The Pines and South Muskoka Memorial Hospital for their exceptional palliative care and friendship.
