KRONBY, Madeline Louise,
Peacefully on February 14th, after a tenacious struggle with her illness. Daughter of the late Morris and May Kronby. Sister of Malcolm and Michael. Sister-in-law of Mimi and Jill. Aunt of Matthew, Miles, Daniel, Alexandra and Andrew. Remembered by a generation of 'Chez Helene' viewers, and her many loyal friends who shared her devotion to her beloved Westies. Service at United Hebrew Memorial Chapel, 28 Ewen Road, Hamilton, at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, February 17th. For driving instructions, please phone 416-862-7395. Madeline was my first crush. Living in suburban Detroit, I would watch Chez Helene on Channel 9 from Windsor when I was a child. I thought that she was the prettiest young lady I had ever seen. I wish that she was remembered more as a Canadian television celebrity.
