Went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, July 22, 2014. In his 91st year, Charlie passed peacefully, surrounded in his final days, by his loving family. Born in Toronto on May 4, 1924 to Joseph and Jennie (nee Clarke). He was the beloved husband of Margaret Alison 'Allie' (nee Fenwick), the dear father of Thomas (Joan), Donald (Anne) and Karen (Randy), the cherished Grandpa of Jennifer, Katie (Matt) and Margaret and the Great-Grandpa of Timothy, Alison, Audrey, Anna and Faith. He was predeceased by his brother Clifford Eddie (1996) and his sister Minnie McVicar (1995). Charlie will be remembered with much love as a man who had a good sense of humour and was kind, loving, gentle and generous. Arrangements have been entrusted to Gilbert MacIntyre and Son Funeral Home, Dublin Chapel, 252 Dublin St. N., Guelph.
