DUMAIS, Marc c
It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Marc c Dumais on December 29th, 2005, in Victoria, BC. Born September 21, 1939 and raised in Manitoba, Marc entered the financial industry in 1960, interning initially as a research analyst, the trading desk and subsequently as an advisor in both Winnipeg and Toronto. Marc retired in Victoria after suffering ill health. Survived by his wife Karen; daughter Suzanne (Pierre) Pavlenyi of Montreal, son Marc (Sandy) Dumais Jr. of Victoria; sister Diane (Dick) Martell of Greenwood, NS; along with other family and friends.
'The privilege of a lifetime is being who you are.' Joseph Campbell 1904-1987. Marc's final wish was that no memorial service be held, but rather donations be made to a charity of choice.
