On August 11, 2001 after a courageous battle with cancer. Beloved wife of Richard. Dearest mother of Paul (Carol), David (Ursula) and Judy. Much loved Oma of Eliza and Scott Bethune and Sarah and William Bethune. Margaret was the youngest daughter of the late Professor Harold and Winnifred Lang. Loved sister of Donald Lang and Mary Crawford of Toronto. Cherished sister-inlaw of Margaret Lang, Wim Crawford, Ken and Ruth Bethune, Robert and the late Betty Bethune. Loving aunt to Wendy, Brian, Cheri, Leslie, Cathy and Doug and Carol Bethune, Jennifer, Susan and David Lang, Sarah Crawford, Ann Benson and Jane Crawford. A private family service was held August 14, 2001 at SWACKHAMER, BLACHFORD & WRAY FUNERAL HOME, 1341 Main Street West (opposite McMaster). In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Save the Children Fund or the charity of choice would be greatly appreciated.
