Peacefully at Sunnybrook Health Science on Thursday, August 26, 1999. Beloved wife of John. Dear mother of Sue and her husband Harvey Griggs, and Dean and his wife Ann. Devoted grandmother of Andrea, Jason, Adam and Cameron. She will be sadly missed by her extended family and friends. Marie was an active member of both Bedford Park United Church and Lawrence Park Bowling Club for many years. She was a loyal volunteer member of the Women's Auxilliary at the Hospital for Sick Children for over 25 years and received a gold pin in recognition of her services. The family will receive friends at the HUMPHREY FUNERAL HOME - A.W. MILES CHAPEL, 1403 Bayview Avenue (south of Eglinton Avenue East), from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Sunday. SERVICE IN THE CHAPEL MONDAY, AUGUST 30TH-1 P.M. Reception to follow. Flowers gratefully declined.
