MARILYN HARE

Marilyn Hare (née MacPherson), born August 12, 1933, died peacefully, on September 6, 2025. Wife of 52 years to the late Patrick Hare; mother to Ginny and Craig (Heather); grandmother to Connor and Kayla Sanderson Kirby, and Mather and Finley Hare. Marilyn had the gift of conversation, and shared her love of travel, lifelong learning and financially literacy with family and friends. She was a longtime member of RCYC, an early champion of women investing in the stock market, and loved summers at Lake of Bays and winters in Florida. Before becoming a realtor, Marilyn spent many years at the Halton Children's Aid Society. Special thanks to her caregivers at The Village of Humber Heights.
