MAITLAND, Marion
Taken to her Maker at 6:20 a.m. December 3, 2003. Daughter of the late Dr. and Mrs. R.D. Boast of Winnipeg. Sister of Shirley Milner of Winnipeg. Mother of Andrea of Vancouver, David of Midland, ON, Gordon of Lakefield, ON and Leslie of Ottawa. Grandmother of Alexander, Allison, David, Katie, Rob, Sarah and Simon. Mother-in- law of Jennifer, Pam, Doug and Daniel. She enjoyed her years as a member of the Amberwood Golf & Country Club and her association with her Sunday morning support group. A special salute to the wonderful staff at the Granite Ridge Long Term Care Facility in Stittsville. Married to Jack Maitland on August 16, 1943 and both lived happily ever after. Friends may visit at the West Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 150 Woodroffe Ave. Ottawa, ON at Richmond Rd. on Friday, December 5th, 2003 from 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Saturday, December 6th at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer Society, 20 Eglinton Ave. W., Suite 2000, Toronto ON M4R 1K8 would be appreciated.
