MARSHALL PITFIELD Marshall Pitfield died suddenly approximately 18 months ago. There isn't a day that passes during which those who loved him dearly don't miss him terribly. As a tribute to Marsh's entrepreneurial tendencies and enthusiasms (and in celebration of his May 25 birthday) the Pitfield family, in collaboration with Rise, has created the Marshall Pitfield Youth Loan Fund. Rise is a charity committed to helping entrepreneurs succeed despite the challenges associated with mental health and addiction. Rise provides training, mentorship, and low-interest business loans, thereby helping to improve life outcomes and strengthen individuals, families, and communities. Nothing would have pleased Marsh more than to know that those who loved him and miss him so much are doing what they can to better the lives of those for whom so many days are a struggle. Anybody wishing to contribute alongside the family and Marsh's friends are invited to do so at
